jacksonwest.org: Our Vision for Jack

Jackson will have his own home close to us, his birth family. He will have many people, both paid carers and friends, who will be there to support him; they will be people that he likes and who have his best interests at heart. He will enjoy an active, social and interesting life doing things that are his choice in the way that he likes. He will remain an employee of JACKmail. At JACKmail, his support worker will also be the driver of the van, and must therefore share Jack's taste in music. His family will be there to ensure that Jackson has a good life; that he is loved, cared for, treated with dignity and respected by those who are fortunate enough to have a role in his life.
